Decorated in a palette of restful hues, the sitting area enjoys direct views across the lake, providing the perfect setting to cuddle up and enjoy a morning coffee, favourite book or movie night in.
This area incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and and a flatscreen satellite TV. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.
Outside, 16 steps lead down to the wonderful shared poolside and sunny terrace. With incredible lake views, guests can soak up the sun and revitalise. Encompassing the verdant eastern shore and stretching past the famed L’Isola Comacina to the Valtellina peaks in the distance, guests certainly have a spectacular sight to enjoy in any season.

Situated in an elevated part of Argegno, the residence is located just a 10-minute walk from the main lakeside and a 1-minute drive from the amenities. The ancient town of Argegno is very well-served, with cafes, restaurants and wine bars to savour alongside convenient connections, which include a main lake road, a frequent bus service to the cosmopolitan highlights and Milan links of Como (30 minutes) and the picturesque ambience and family Lido of Menaggio (20 minutes) and a passenger ferry stop.
Argegno is within easy reach of the famous L’Isola Comacina and Locanda di Trilindana restaurant in Sala Comacina and the lakeside Lido, power boat rental service, tennis, and Sacro di Monte Ossuccio climb in Ossuccio. A further 5-minute drive leads to the fashionable Lido di Lenno and the famous Villa Balbianello attraction. The Tremezzina shore (14 minutes drive away from Argegno) offers a plethora of authentic restaurants and wine bars to enjoy alongside another Lido and the world-class gardens and beauty of Villa Carlotta. From Cadenabbia ferry port, a frequent ferry service operates around the ‘Golden Triangle’ towns, for the perfect excuse to enjoy a spot of sightseeing during your stay.
