"We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again...

"We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it."

"We chose this hotel because it was affordable and in a good location. However, once we checked in we were very surprised that is had received good reviews. The entire property was in poor condition and not clean or well-maintained - including a murky, green swimming pool that was not useable. We were very disappointed and would never stay there again. "

"Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking.
Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"Rooms here are always nice: comfortable beds, good space for working or relaxing, bathrooms with spacious showers. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A few downsides were: pool was very cold, room was hot (apparently the a/c can't be turned below 68°) and the parking on site is no longer free. All this and the higher rates for the time of year made it a less desirable experience than my first time staying here."
