"We loved our stay in st james. The location is unbeatable, the beaches are great for swimming, we loved our beachfront room. All the staff were nice and friendly. We booked two offsite excursions through the hotel which ran smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to be back soon."

No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... "Had a wonderful stay at Escape at Nonsuch Bay. From the start, I was warmly welcomed by reception. As an Expedia Gold member, I appreciated the money off food, drinks, and spa services. I was helped me to my room and gave a helpful tour – always around for a friendly chat or assistance. The room was exactly like the pictures: spacious, clean, comfy bed, handy kitchenette, and the private plunge pool was a dream (main reason I booked!). Housekeeping every two days kept things spotless, though...
