"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!"

"The location is the best part of this hotel. There’s a Lawson right outside, multiple train station entrances within a minute, and Dotonbori is about a 5-minute walk. Super convenient for getting around and exploring. They also offer breakfast (Japanese and Western-style), which is helpful since not many places open early. Luggage lockers in the basement are a plus if you arrive early or need storage after checkout. However, there are some downsides. There’s construction in front, so...

"One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Osaka. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with everything you would need. Location was convenient close to the metro and train station. Accessible by the underground walkway of Osaka station which you can use for the airport limo bus. Quiet location right next to a McDonalds and Family Mart. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in room 601 two bedroom. The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is in the center of a very busy 5 street intersection, but we do not hear any street noise. Good breakfast selection for Asians. For westerns who are not used to Asian breakfast, the choices are bread, coffee, yogurts and salad. Yes lettuce salad for breakfast."
