"David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres. "Great place, fully stocked with cooking utensils, paper goods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Convenient location near restaurants, bars and boutiques. Host was quick to respond. We would stay here again!"

"Check in was not smooth, door was unlocked, previous renter had taken free parking pass so I had to pay for parking then request to get reimbursed. Cleanliness and location terrific for downtown property."
