Featuring exposed brick walls, floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, and 20 foot vaulted ceilings, this stunning urban loft brings all the charm of Old City to you. This is the perfect place for a group looking to enjoy all the best restaurants, clubs, and bars the city has to offer and walk home to your very own urban loft in the heart of the city.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This home is right in the heart of Knoxville’s nightlife (bars, clubs, restaurants), which is great for groups who want to be part of the action. You can literally walk out your door and into all of Knoxville’s finest bistros, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. There WILL be noise from the street, people, the train (which goes behind the building and through the Old City), etc. On weekends you will hear music from the clubs. You can either open the windows and embrace the fun, or we also supply ear plugs in the nightstand for light sleepers. During the week, the outside noise is usually light; however, weekends can be very active up until 3 am when bars close. Please do not reserve our home if this will be a disturbance to you during your stay.

PETS: We are a pet friendly home and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet per night. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.
PARKING: Parking options for this home including metered street parking or nearby open air lots throughout the downtown area. The nearest parking lot is the lot directly next to our building, which is privately owned and available for a daily rate. City owned lots, such as the nearby lot located at 401 W Jackson Avenue, tend to be less expensive options for daily parking. If you choose to park your vehicle in this lot between the hours of 7 am-6 pm, the most recently advertised cost for the lot is $7 for the day. Some lots, including this one, advertise free parking after 6 pm on weekdays and most weekends with the exception of football weekends. A nearby alternative city lot is located at 109 W Jackson Avenue. The most recently advertised rate for this lot is $7 per day with no free options offered on nights or weekends. STAIRS: This condo is on the second floor of the building and there are several stairs to navigate to reach the building entrance, the entrance of the home, and the upstairs master bedroom inside the condo. There are four stairs to reach the building entrance. There is one flight of stairs is required to access the condo's front door entrance. Once inside, the condo has two stories and the master bedroom is up one set of stairs.
PARTY DISCLAIMER: This is a very fun part of town and there are plenty of places to have a good time in Old City. However, this is NOT a party home and parties at the condo are strictly prohibited. Parties, unauthorized events, or unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. This policy is strictly enforced and our onsite officer and neighbors will alert us if this rule is not being respected. We appreciate your cooperation.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLAIMER: We have a security camera on the exterior of the home at the front door facing the hallway. Cameras record audio and visual. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

The Old City is a popular, historic part of downtown Knoxville. Here, you'll find the character, history, and charm and a small community feel of the city. Within a few steps, you have unlimited access to breweries, eateries, local cafes and shops, beauty salons and barbers, a dog park, theatre, and so much more!

The Knoxville Trolley is a free transportation service and there is a Trolley stop right across the street, which will take you all around Downtown Knoxville, event centers, the Civic Coliseum, and the University of Tennessee Campus.
Uber/Lyft will also pickup/drop-off right outside the building.

This place is a gem. Amenities were more like a hotel than a rental. Terrific Murphy bed. Wonderful location. It was noisy, but we actually enjoyed the hubbub! We will definitely be back.

The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and responsive to all questions. The loft is well-stocked with coffee and other amenities. Everything seemed clean. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The review is not 5 stars because of parking. Everything communicated to me stated we needed to park off-site and pay approximately 7/day. Fine - the timer expired after 16 hrs and wouldn’t renew, so that was a little confusing trying to get more time in the lot. We came across a small QR code on the fridge at checkout for house rules. We were looking for where to put the trash, and came across info stating that the host would provide parking for the unit in the resident lot right by the building for 5/day. That would have been amazing, instead of walking 5 minutes down the road to the car. I’m not sure what is right or wrong.

Perfect location for Old City Knoxville. So many restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The loft bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer and full bath all behind 1 door. Makes it easy to dress. The downstairs also has ample open space. Communication withthe management company was always easy. They want you to enjoy every minute of your stay.

This space was perfect for a birthday getaway with my best friend! It’s a short walk to the Market Square and all of the restaurants and shops on Gay Street. Lots of little shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area also.The space itself was like being in a movie. It was cozy, beautiful and clean!!!

Cute and Clean!
The inside of the loft was beautiful, it was comfortable and rustic. The only noise was the train, the people weren’t as loud as we thought they’d be. Everyone was very nice, it was an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend.

Cute loft and great location for downtown
Cute spot, very clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Didn’t know there are railroad tracks behind the building. Took a little to get used to the train whistle but the very comfortable bed helped:-)

Not the best option
When we arrived, there was homeless everywhere, this place although looks very cute was not in the best neighborhood. We ended up leaving and not staying due to not feeling safe with our 4 year old walking through homeless to get to the residence. We mentioned this to the rental company and they stated they disagreed and would not refund us at all. There was a homeless looking in cars in the parking lot we parked which was right next to the residence, another issues as we did not feel safe leaving our vehicle either.

A little noisy at night
Wonderful property, exactly as shown. Super comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was a little noisy with bar crowd outside on Friday and Saturday night. Walkable to lots of restaurants, breweries, and shops.
