"Location near airport was convenient. Desk personnel were helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Sink was dirty, coffee was empty at breakfast and took a long time to perk. Door to room was hard to close and lock."

"I was a little nervous about staying here after reading all the bad reviews for this hotel. Although it was definitely worn down, the staff was nice and helpful. There were 2 maintenance guys working on things all 4 days we were there. The bathroom door squealed the first night, but they fixed it ..."

"This is an adequate, very basic hotel. It is perhaps the least expensive brand of a variety of hotels near each other in Midtown. The rooms have bare floors, which I find nice for cleanliness, but they can be loud from above, so the top floor might be best."
