Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recommendations for respectful behaviour towards neighbours and the environment. Serious and/or repeated non compliance with the established conditions by the client or their companions will entitle PUSHE SL to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or refund of the deposit. Arrivals and Departures 1. Arrival Check in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2.
