Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Innenstadt - fußläufig zu erreichen - Haltestellen von Metro, Tram und Bus nahe bei. Es bietet sich an, eine Barik-Card zu besorgen. Damit sind die Fahrten innerhalb und außerhalb von Bilbao sehr günstig. Das Hotel ist sehr modern gestaltet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Nur der Rezeptionsbereich ist viel zu kalt klimatisiert. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider gab es eine Leckage an der Dusche, die das Badezimmer vernässte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend und bot alles, was so üblich ist. Leider muss das jüngere Personal hier noch viel lernen - das ältere Personal war deutlich aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter und schneller.

Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.

Detta är andra gången vi bor på detta hotell! Bästa tänkbara läge, fina och rena rum, god frukost, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Vi var två vänner men hotellet passar också ensamma damer!
