"A little disappointed with the hotel. From the reviews this seemed an amazing hotel but it was just okay. Check in process was super easy and the lady at reception was very nice and friendly! Room size was good and the balcony is a good touch, the rooms are a little worn out and could do with a freshen up. The most disappointing things were that the outdoor pool is a cold water pool which I guess with the Portuguese weather is all that is needed but we were there with the temp hitting 23-25 and...

"A great find right in the centre of Faro. Claudia is amazing, she sent me a WhatsApp before arrival with everything I needed. She was there when we arrived, showed us around and we even had biscuits and oranges left for us complimentary! Everything you need is there including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, towels and bedding. The apartment was spotlessly clean we could not fault our stay at all."

"The apartment was clean overall and spacious, and the balconies were great with views of the golf course. Although I did not use it, the pool looked a good size and was popular with other guests. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff the only slight negative is that there were ants in the apartment - which the hotel provided a ant spray. "

"The accommodations were great and exactly what I was looking for during my family’s vacation. A little town that wasn’t a tourist trap and had all the accommodations we needed. There were multiple cafes close by and we were only 15 minutes to a beach. The pool was refreshing and needed as we visited during an early heat wave. "Appartement bien situé, nous avons pu découvrir les environs en voiture et faire des soirées au villages et resto à pieds. Piscine propre et pratique avec enfants. Excellent buffet le matin avec beaucoup de choix. Chambre propre et cuisine pratique bien qu’elle n’ait pas de four, qu'une plaque de cuisson. Apportez vos propres serviettes pour la piscine."

"Stayed 8 years ago & thought it would be the same. Great experience last time this time it was bad. Bugs in my room, no nose tissue, no shampoo/conditioner 1 bar of soap on face towels, place was a joke. Food was garbage literally disgusting. Property was dirty, never again"
