"It was okay"

"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."

"Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up.
