"This is a really fun location right on King street. Highly recommend. The room is like an efficiency apartment, very cool. We just used the fridge but there is cookware and glass cups. It is a homey kind of feel. We used the dishes and used the sink for daily washing. This apartment is right in the middle of a busy street. So it is pretty lively until after midnight. "This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. "We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient "
