"We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback.

"Location and parking great, ASDA close by, very comfortable, plenty of tea/coffee and staff very friendly.
Just as a North American, i found the bathtub hard to climb in and out of.
