"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Scottsdale. We stayed here quite often. The staff is helpful considerate and the room is nice and clean. The only suggestion I would make is that the air conditioner continue to run when you’re sleeping. It’s frustrating to wake up because it is I assume activated by moving around and when you don’t move around, it doesn’t run so you wake up hot in the middle of the night that is my only complaint about the hotel. Great location definitely will be...

"Very large and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and had table to eat in room. Also microwave and fridge made the stay even better. Only downside is the complimentary breakfast. Not enough options, not even the standard waffle maker that you find in other hotels. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean you provide the bare minimum. Front desk evening staff could be more friendly and inviting also."

"The property and pool area were very nice and the location was good. The room was very austere . Minimal lighting, minimal art, uncomfortable furniture. Phoenix is notoriously hot, and the air conditioning was the very old vintage in the window air conditioners that make so much noise you have to choose between being cool or having it quiet enough to sleep. And the staff is available only a small window each day. It feels like they’re in the process of upgrading so things should get better."
