The space
The rooms are spacious, and the décor is a creative blend of classic and contemporary with eclectic touches of whimsy. The wrap-around porch welcomes you with white wicker furniture upon which to kick back and relax. The patriotic entryway greets guests with a generous desk/office area, offering local treats for you to sample as well as information on all the nearby restaurants, sights to see, and local shopping.
Dining room has a beautifully unique oak table and chairs, original ceramic tiled non-functional fireplace, and a lovely large bay window with stained glass.
Living Room and Front Parlor are connected, providing ample seating. Choose from the luxuriously comfy velvet sofa,
Harlequin slipper chairs, and leather recliner to relax in and watch the Roku TV. Front Parlor has wing-back chairs, rocker, bench, and an original Hitchcock desk with chairs.
Easy-access half bath on first floor.
Kitchen is sunny and bright with plenty of cabinets, gas stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large toaster oven. Eat-in area with round oak table and original Hitchcock chairs overlooks the sunporch, which
has windows on three sides! Relaxing or dining at the sunporch table gives you the amazing view of the yard, foliage, and the Victorian carriage houses from a by-gone era! They are all beautifully maintained - a sight to behold!
Four sumptuous bedrooms await you on the second floor - but first take a moment to appreciate the Mezzanine Lounge at the landing! Furnished with seating, perfect lighting, and expansive mirror to get ready for your special day.

Winter Splendor boasts a queen bed, makeup vanity, and dresser.
Spring Elegance features a king bed, two wing-backed chairs and a large desk/makeup area.
Summer Fun is a cozy, bright room with two single beds and a small bookcase.
Autumn Majesty is a generous room with king bed, large dresser, and closet with built-in desk/makeup table.
Full bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo.

The entire house is yours to enjoy - first and second floors, porches and yard.

Driveway is narrow but long - there is a turn-around behind house we ask that you use, please do not attempt to back out of driveway.
