"Great hotel in Buffalo. A unique experience, not your usual box hotel at all. Staff were great. The owner, Russell Salvatore is always on site and very friendly . He’s a local celebrity and philanthropist. His restaurant, Russell’s Steak and Chophouse is also excellent. Nice breakfast every morning! Rooms are quite large and comfortable. A great place to stay. Easy access to Niagara Falls also. Rent a car so you can see the sights in both New York and Canada."

Everything in the room worked properly, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Distance from the airport was great, considering we had a 7am flight."

"Everything was fine. I am glad I pack my own coffee maker when I travel. You get in the elevator or in your room after a long travel day and realize there is no coffee maker for your morning coffee. And you have to request one. Most people DO NOT want to get dressed to get coffee. I understand protecting environment. There are coffee pods that have little to no plastic. Bring back the in room coffee makers please. I know it is a Corporate thing. But everything else was great as always."

"Easy to get off the highway. It's a nice building. Parking was plentiful. Lobby is modern but welcoming. The staff were great; professional and friendly. Room was spacious; it was a wheelchair accessiblle room. The bathroom needs a redesign. There are no towel racks next to the very tiny narrow shower yet there is plenty of room for them on the walls on both sides. The walls were kinda thin. Could hear the guests in the next room walking around. With all that said I would stay here again, I have...

"The room had an awful smell and we were told that we couldn’t switch rooms and that all of the people that clean were gone and we were giving spray to try to get rid of the smell and absolutely nothing worked so we were stuck with the smell all night. We also asked for an extra towel and was told that they didn’t have any because no one washed them."
