"This hotel is amazing with on-site restaurants and great amenities including indoor pool, spa and fitness center. Restaurant food was amazing. Rooms were comfy and clean. I would give 5 stars but parking was a challenge due to the volume of spots allocated to EV's. Water pressure in shower was not great and water temp appeared controlled, so no really hot power shower! "Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages.
Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice.
Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair.
Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. Need to request for room tidy up and change towels.

The check in is quick and no fuss.

"They were so accommodating, we got in early morning from an overnight flight and they were able to give us our room well before check in time - so incredible for weary travelers!! The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. We loved our four day stay and would not hesitate to book again!!"

He had such a great energy and a great smile. Also, he spook Dutch, not all the staff spook the language. We came back after our second trip and helped us out again, thank goodness he was there! "We were very early for our check-in time. They had a secure storage area for our luggage and let us know when our room was ready about 1-1/2 hours early. The hotel is an incredibly short walk to the airport bus stop and there is an elevator to the bus platform. Don’t get a taxi to the hotel, bus is faster and way less expensive. The major cleanliness complaint is mold around the floor grout edges of the shower (room 227). Towels had an off-putting scent, likely due to their choice of detergents."
