They sent me a video with a detailed description on how to find the shuttle pick up and were there promptly. On the way back my plane landed at 11:30 pm and I was a bit concerned about being picked up at such a late hour, but the shuttle was there in 10 minutes. "I was very pleasantly surprised. I chose the hotel for my two nights based on price and rating, despite its distance from the airport and Istanbul. The room was spotless and bedding clean and comfortable, although various items need tightening/adjusting (table, toilet seat, exhaust fan).
