"Beds where comfortable"

"I loved it! Everything was on point except the pillows lol omg they were terrible it was hollow and like it wasn’t anything in them and it flattened immediately and it wasn’t a microwave in the room but that wasn’t too much of in there issue an inconvenience I might add BUT the staff was really nice the hotel and rooms smelled fresh and inviting and the bed was really comfortable. That is my new go to spot when I go home to Chicago for visits but you if they could just get better pillows that...

"I decided to go for this hotel because of the pool and train convenience. You will need a taxi or car to access basically anywhere since there are no sidewalks and it becomes very difficult to move on your own. Other than that the hotel is what you would expect clean and comfortable. The hotel morning manager I would recommend her to be a little bit more helpful. seemed to be always in a bad mood and very little support to have a good stay"
