"Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased."

"The hotel staff was amazing and the bartenders and staff at the Alto Restaurant on the rooftop were also fantastic! The only complaints I have are that the AC did not cool down as well as we would have liked. The lowest we could get it to was 70/71 and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the bed had a protective padding under the fitted sheet that was very pilled, so it felt a little bumpy, like sand was underneath the sheet."

"We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast doesn't have a lot of appetizing items. My order was wrong and the potatoes had too much salt.the staff was excellent and very helpful. The part to seal up the air conditioner was hanging off a bit. I wish they had bathtub's and microwaves inside the rooms. But other than that everything was great."

"Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed"

"My husband and I were staying there to celebrate his birthday. There was only one towel in the bathroom, but the reservations were for 2. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The air conditioner sounded like a train once in a while. The worst things were the beds As hard as sleeping on the floor and the springs underneath kept making weird noises. I couldn't get comfortable enough to go to sleep until 4 am and tons of Tylenol for the pain this bed was causing me."
