"Very clean, comfortable bed and sofa, nice to have a desk. Kitchen mostly equipped, just needed to get a couple cleaning supplies and a tea pot! Would stay again."

Special recognition for Tilly, who was very attentive. The fire alarm went off 12 times in the night, really? The room, No. 17, was way too hot, maybe that's what triggered the alarm? The heated towel rail was on full and I couldn't see how to turn it off. The bathroom extractor fan ran on for ages."

"Initially was given a room which needed a guide to fined and required oxegen, so many steps up and down, the staff very quickly gave me a different room in a better location, but the TV could not be controlled and i was unable to watch TV. The room was cold till i was shown the control was outside the room door. One of the reasons I stayed at the ship previously was there is a carpark right next door, overnight parking till 8am next day. This has changed and it is now only till 5am so you have...

"The most likeable thing about this hotel is the staff. Lovey people, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel could definitely do with an upgrade though, especially for business travel stays. Brilliant for on site parking. "
