"Very hot weather at the moment, room could do with A/C, but fan provided was adequate, room was really clean and modern, staff were helpful . Only moan was car parking, it isn’t owned by the pub, you have get a ticket or app the book your car in, but the most you can do is three and a half hours, so if staying from 1830 the car park is £1.70 until 05:00, but you cannot update on the app until your parking expires , very stressful, that needs to be looked at by MIpermits who work on behalf of...

"We were in the area to attend a family party - so the hotel was just somewhere to stay overnight before and afterwards. We wouldn’t return to this hotel."

"Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. "The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!"

"Do not book here. I booked 10 months in advance and when we arrived they couldn’t find my booking. Given a room on 2nd floor, in direct sunlight so it was like a sauna, but they did give us a fan. Arrived back at midnight to find gates closed and locked. Had to call someone to unlock the gate and let us in. Next morning tried to use the shower and wouldn’t work, then tried the was basin and no water. When I mentioned the shower at checkout, they knew about it and said we should have been...

"Breakfast is superb!"

"I wish I’d just paid more to go to a chain hotel. This was terrible, the shower took 10 minutes to warm up by this point the bathroom was already flooded and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. One of the great benefits was ‘FREE PARKING’ listed on their advert but I was in fact charged for parking for the few hours I was there overnight!!! Conveniently close to the airport but that’s about all that was good about this place."

"Clean room though may be small in size with the unnecessary extra bed occupying the space. The staff was helpful but was surprised to see that not all the rooms had IRONs which is standard in US. "
