"We come to hocking hills every year with our kids, this was our favorite place we have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, the house itself is big , and the theater room was our FAVORITE. Almost every kitchen utensil available (not common) , plenty of seating , big yard for games and activities, we had a bathroom shower drain issue and they were super efficient and communication was amazing. They came and fixed it same day within a couple hours. If I could give it 100/10 I would. Thank you...

"The water had a terrible smell that made the whole cabin stink. It was also very difficult to get the TV to work. Other than those issues, the cabin was nice, and we had a good stay. The hot tub was cozy and comfortable."

"Property is as advertised. Short drive to several hiking trails in the area. Road the house on is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor space is amazing with beautiful flowers, humming birds galore and pretty stream on the property for kids to play in. You can tell the owners cherish the property and take well care of it. We did not use the blackstone grill, but I did open it up and it was exceptionally clean. Host provided lots of firewood for a fire and even left us lighter fluid to use. Beds...

"We enjoyed our stay. Great location to hiking! Good accommodations with nice amenities, like the hot tub and fire pit! We had some challenges with the digital door lock but we were able to call the contact number to get assistance. New pots would be nice as the coating is coming off! Also, a new floor vent cover in the bathroom is needed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at Song Bird again."
