"The room is clean. Location is good and quiet. However, it will be better if the hotel could provide bottle drinking water. Swimming pool is small only for 1 pax lap swim, located outdoor which will be cold but the water is warm. Staffs are helpful especially Sophie who assist to keep our luggages and direct us to the near bus stop for the free bus city connector which is 3 mins walk. "

"Loved our stay - whilst brief, it's great if you are an oval fan, if you don't mind the 10 minute walk across the bridge you have access to the tram to get to shops and restaurants, it's a lovely quiet spot, loved the room, very clean, eco friendly products, comfy bed and automated lighting and doors. Staff were friendly, didn't have brekkie at the hotel, Cafe Ink is a two minute walk, had lunch at Bespoke restaurant, been before and cannot fault the food or the service, overall great stay."
