"Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting."

"The room we had wasn’t great - no view and a weird closet (the bar to hang clothes was below our waist) but it was clean and served its purpose. It was close to the cruise port and had a shuttle but we were concerned because the luggage was piled high in the back with no safety netting. If the driver had to slam on the brakes, the people in the back could have been seriously injured! Mt he dining area was very nice - overlooked the marina. "

"The bathroom sink leaked from the top, the shower handle was about to fall off and the AC unit sounded like an airplane taking off. They allow pets but don't keep them all in one area. The dog next door liked to bark when it heard sounds and whined while the owners were away. Cobwebs throughout the outside walkway areas (well within reach and easily noticeable). Wall in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversations. Not ideal"

"When arriving the checkin line was out the door. Which would be fine but the staff was taking 20-30 minutes per person to check in. Took over an hour to get checked in. Once checked in the room seemed clean but the air conditioning did not work and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. Since the room was staying at 75-80 and didn’t want to stand in line again we just stayed in the room. Also trying to call the front desk resulted in the phone just ringing with no answer. The bed is worn but...

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Restocking on breakfast items was a bit slow, ran out of coffee and had to wait for a new pot one day but staff was very responsive when asked for help. Didn't try the hot tub."

"Clean room, walkable to restaurants, they have free shuttle to cruise port! My friend left her phone in shuttle and they brought it back to her, they went above and beyond!! Thanks"

"Stayed for one night to board our cruise the next day. The room was clean but it was outside. There is a lot of outside noise. But overall the place is ok. "

"Only good things I can say is that the staff was friendly and the proximity to the beach / pier was great. The room was filthy and wreaked of urine. The only parking is underground and there is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage (and in my case child) up numerous flights of concrete stairs. "
