"Rob an excellent host really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean could maybe do with a few extras but we found it had everything we needed. En-suite bedroom is lovely but not for tall people lacks head height."

"Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. "Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage. I would certainly recommend this family run...
