"We checked in and the bags taken to the room. It was a hot day and when we got to the room it was very warm. We turned the aircon on to discover it wasn’t working. We reported it immediately and were offered complimentary drink in the bar while an engineer investigated. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable, and the hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room. As compensation they offered a 50%, and provided a fan. "Property is very nice, well maintained. Staff was helpful throughout my stay, front desk staff got me in my room early at check-in. Club Lounge was well staffed and stocked; food was good and plentiful. This was my second time to stay here and I look forward to returning."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to make reservations when we checked in, offered us a beverage and walked us up to our room to show us the amenities. They hotel was very clean and in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and sight-seeing. The train station is just a block away, so it makes it easy to get around."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning did not work. Target temperature was 15c but the room temperature was. 27c. They did provide a Dyson fan which helped, but the hotel should not be advertised as having air conditioning."
