Leider keine Klimaanlage und bei 35 Grad war es sehr heiß, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts."

"The Cleveland Residences, above all else, was a wonderful location. Easy access to the market as well as to the Underground made it an excellent stay.
The size of the room for 4 people worked out just fine.
Our bed was broken and we needed to create a make shift support. But other than that, no complaints. It was overall a solid stay."

"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!"

"Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. The view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the The Shard were particularly impressive at night.
Sub-20 minute walk across Tower Bridge to Borough Market for a variety of sweets and treats, as well as The George Inn (London's last surviving galleried coaching inn with excellent fish and chips), alongside immediate access to the Tower of London. Easy access to Tower Hill station to...
