"Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. "Excellent place, however in need of refurbishment. Room and balcony towards construction site, not what I used to. Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Spotlessly clean. Elevators were out of service (long term down!) and no communication shared ahead of time to notify. The property is situated directly beside an active building site (also not mentioned in the property description). Drilling from 7am all day without let up. Extremely noisy, completely impactful on sleep."

Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online.
