"The property was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good utilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer). Most necessary items were provided although it would have been nice to have some surface cleaning spray and more washing up liquid and toilet paper. Very nice bathroom and shower, although it took a while for the water pressure to get high enough and the heating was quite fiddly to get to the right temperature. "Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! I'm vegetarian and the options for dinner were delicious, creative and satisfying. The decor throughout the hotel overall is very traditional. The furnishings appeared to be of high quality, particularly the window treatments and furniture in my room. I would certainly stay again!"

"Great location, right at the end of the Royal Mile so you're close to everything but still in a quiet little spot. Beautiful garden and view of the crag overlooking the city. Very well appointed apartments, very clean. Overall our favourite place to stay while on our trip to the UK."
