"Beautiful hotel and views"

"Beautiful and clean hotel. Best location to walk to all major sightseeing and cruise. Lovely restaurent and coffee shop and bar. Staffs were so nice e and helpful"

"The rooms were generously proportioned. I stayed here for 18 days so that was the biggest plus point. I felt I had my own apartment. A large walk in closet was the best part. No unsightly luggage all over the room. Nearly hidden from sight. Lovely views of Coit Tower and the water too. Bathrooms need serious upgradation. Old tub and shower . Also new electricals in terms of modern switches etc needed. Hotel public areas are decidely run down. But the hotel has a warm and bustling atmosphere....

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and the details were really well thought out. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to create a good guest experience. Any time I had a question, I had answers within minutes, and it really felt like everyone working there wanted to make sure my stay was special. Kathy at concierge was especially incredible and I’m thankful for all her help during my stay! The hotel has a fleet of Cadillacs...

"I truly felt the that the picture on line was as better than the property. The hotel interior was as clean , modernized and pretty. Our room was truly a long way from the hotel lobby and very hard to walk with bunch of luggage’s. Thank god there wer emergency stairs next to our room accessible to hotel. My general review of the pools was that it was not very clean. Maybe bc it’s a family hotel and many kids but don’t look very clean for us to go inside of it. We appreciated the pool activities...

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"
