"Die Kulisse rund um dieses Hotel ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Zimmer war sehr schön und großzügig. Die Investition in seinen Soft-Close Toilettendeckel fände ich nicht verkehrt. Ansonsten ein Zimmerservice der wirklich auf zack ist. 2x täglich Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man will. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, bei höherer Besucherzahl, können Omlets und Pan Cakes schon mal dauern, so dass man fast nicht mehr mit der Ankunft rechnet. Kinder müssen leider 18:00 Uhr die Pools...

"The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable."

"This is a beautiful hotel with (in lake-side rooms) a stunning view. We got lucky - the room we were originally given had a broken air conditioner so we were given their one of their 2 newly refurbished rooms. The room was beautiful and comfortable and had those handy USB charging ports that are so useful. We had a balcony room and the balcony was just so pleasant! The one real complaint was the A/C. It worked great during the day! But at night for some reason - regardless of what we set it...

"This hotel is beautiful! Very clean. The grounds are breathtaking. Uber was easy to get and going into town was a 10 minute walk. The staff went about and beyond in courtesy and helpfulness up to waving us good bye as we left. "
