It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. So I'm done with this...

On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"

"Fantastic luxury cruise in Ha long and Lan Ha with Calista. We went for the 3 day 2 night option, which was excellent, as there was plenty of time to enjoy the facilities as well as the excursions and sights. The staff were fantastic and did their utmost, delivering great service during the whole trip. Food was also excellent. Suite was also excellent - we went for one with a private jacuzzi, which added to the experience. Can strongly recommend this cruise. "
