"The room was satisfactory but if I had one issue, it was the lack of a overhead fan for the bathroom. Plus the grouting in the bath area needed fixing. The location was excellent with the Seaview Hotel meals, just down the road, outstanding and good value. The other excellent factor was the availability of car parks on-site with access controlled via a security gate. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and handy men, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"A well located motel in Townsville city. Great staff and clean, modern rooms. We have stayed here several times in the past and will do so again. A bit expensive but we could take our little dog and we can't fault the place."

"Nice hotel in a good location. Very good sized 2 bed apartment. Shame the hotel doesn't have a gym but there are nice routes for a run right from the front door. If I was booking again I'd request a room with water / pool views. Our room had a lovely balcony but since it overlooked the main carpark and bottle shop we didn't really use it."
