"The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. "Read the praise for the HM Jaime III. It is as it is. This is a functional contemporary Palma city hotel, near everything. We came for a wedding and the wedding bus station was around the corner; even the airport bus is on the corner. We spent 3 days at the Jaime III in a balcony room overlooking the park below. "The hotel itself is nice. Would be much better if there was an actual front desk opposed to staff scattered throughout the lobby area. The property and rooms were clean, food was serviceable, parking is not great if you have a rental. You do have a good mix of locals and vacationers. "Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach holiday. The location has both pros and cons. It’s only a short walk from the beach (which is fantastic!) but the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded.
