"I liked the room, it’s very spacious and clean. Nice amenities, The bathroom is very clean. As a courtesy the room has coffee and biscuits, very nice touch! The service so far is kind and nice. The only opportunity area is that there’s no hair conditioning in the bathroom… we had to ask to the reception to bring us some… probably it’s a minor thing but it really important to include it in each room. "

"Just a few minor details that stopped it getting Excellent. Milk in fridge was off but quickly replaced when told. Had breakfast in room which was excellent, and on time but salt pot was empty. The settee was quite badly stained. The staff were all outstanding .if the minor points were attended to it would definitely be an excellent from me. "

"No es un hotel, es un centro de reuniones de la Universidad de Cambridge, que cuenta con todas las facilidades de un hotel. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, agradables y limpias, pero no tiene las facilidades de un hotel. Diría que equivalen a un hotel 3 estrellas. Es muy simpático, tomar desayuno con los profesores de la Universidad que están asistiendo a sus reuniones."

"We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. The food was really tasty and well presented. That was both dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing. We didn't want to leave. "
