"Room was clean we were in the family room and it was very nice ! Breakfast really not worth the money , should have been included in the price of the hotel stay tbh ! Staff were very nice and efficient when checking in"

"The bedroom & en suite were very tastefully decorated, with the decor exactly to our taste! The Bella Rose coffee shop was used throughout our stay & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. The 15% discount was used each time we ate there which was a bonus as thought it might be a one-off. Peasholm Park on the doorstep was a huge plus too! My only criticism of our stay was that I made the owners aware that I was allergic to fur & feathers beforehand & I particularly queried any cushions...

"Helpful staff and very handy having the small kitchen. Great location but the area was loud and the guests upstairs were very noisy. We could hear everything. Parking permit provided which was handy for the on street parking. Overall good."

"Moria and Ian are lovely hosts - nice to talk to and made us feel very comfortable. Great view from the room and comfortable bed. Great location and addition of parking is a wonderful touch. Breakfast was really nice and the choice / amount of food is very impressive - filled us for the day. Property itself could do with some modernisation and general upkeep. We had a sea view room with was a highlight. Thank you for a really pleasant stay :)"
