"Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints.
Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as...

"Staff are very friendly check-in process was simple room was clean and exactly as described air conditioning worked perfectly. View was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed having a mimosa every morning. Love the rooftop Jacuzzi’s - having cocktails and watching the sunset. It was beautiful. I let them know. It was my 50th birthday and they even left me a lovely bottle of wine in my room on the special day to celebrate complementary. Special treat 100% recommend."

"The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks.
Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay."

"The location is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet and staff are very good. Once upon a time a very nice hotel. Today though worn down over years. Particularly bathroom sink pulling from wall. Particleboard sink, baseboard crumbling. Bath fixtures old, tarnished and loose. The exterior of my room/corridor was both dark and deteriorating. Although they were repairing the concrete staircase there was flaking paint everywhere. Including the terraces of the room. Again a very nice hotel in...

"Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima restaurant.

"They did not have toothbrushes. The TV said it’s smart, but we were unable to use the smart TV functions, nor could we mirror our iPhones (not compatible). There is no body lotion, body or hair gel, it’s 2 in one. Food was very good, service location and views amazing! But I would have expected a little more for 4 stars."

"The lobby and garden were nice, and the room was fine.
The view from the balcony was disappointing, though.
It overlooks a yard with exposed piping and peeling plaster walls, really poorly. There is also no coffee in the evening and the food is repetitive. The hotel is on a hill, which is hard for elderly guests, although taxis are reasonably priced.
The manager at the pool was rude.
He called out to me in front of my family and other guests, even though a member of staff had already said I...
