"Staff was excellent 👌"

"Lovely reception by staff, lovely peaceful atmosphere, very clean, comfortable beds, pool, spas and surrounding gardens beautiful Very central location."

"Very large room and large comfortable bed"

"There were cracks in the sink. Burn marks on the carpet. Curtains hanging off the hooks. Old and dated. When I handed my key in in the morning I advised the receptionist of the cracks in the sink and she said yes they are aware of it and they the rooms were privately owned. She was not interested in my feedback. My sister also booked a room for the same night and same price that I paid, but her room was nicer than mine, walk in shower, table and a chair, queen/king bed, well maintained room....

"We loved the he apartment and the view from the balcony was amazing I would not book during school holidays again as the noise from the kids playing in the pool was excessive. They were in the pool from 730 am till it closed at 8 pm At times we had to close our doors to get some quiet time Not very relaxing It would be good to have a convenience store close by."

"The apartments were reasonably spacious, and the beds comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep. The en-suite to the master was a bit odd. There was no door between the en-suite and the bedroom, and an open window space. The shower was above the spa bath, and had no curtain to stop the water going everywhere"

"The location was great . The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on avoid level 2 room 8 . It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay . "
