"The front desk staff was not as helpful for a hotel with such name recognition.when arrived bellhop did not help with luggage. many hotel staff were available but choose not to assist.the area of hotel is great the draw back of the location is the Mexico City traffic."

"Great"

"Amazing place. So much better than big hotels. Service top notch and amenities too"
