"This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure."

"Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y comedor para exploradores de la Antártida. Pasillos temp normal calentita. Y por último en dos habitaciones que probamos de la planta 21 ruidoso, muy ruidoso. Alguien del hotel hace algo? La gente se queja? NOOOOO la mayoría con jersey o sudadera. Menos mal que pudimos desayunar en la piscina con temp ambiente. "

"price quality ratio is ok.
Don't expect luxury.
As remarks:
#No soft drinks were in stock during our four-day stay, only beer and water. It wouldn't be that hard to replenish them.
# tv was not working
#room was not cleaned, inspite of asking.
#entering the sea was dangerous because of missing a railing walking down the slippery stairs.
,#the food(breakfast and menu was tasty.
#the staff very friendly and attentive.
Like i say,,price quality ratio is ok!!

"The staff was great, especially Rubin. The location, across the street from Park Mall, is great. But the plumbing needs maintenance. The hot water was not consistent, but not as important in the hot weather year round here, and my first room did not have a p-trap under the bathroom sink. The staff did there best to address my concerns.
If they fix this things I'll stay here again."
