"I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. "We stayed there from 10th to 11th of February. After weeks travelling South East Asia, I am sure to say this was the worst hotel and experience I have ever had in my life regarding a hotel. - Overpriced. For the same price you could enjoy other 5 star resorts in the area that are much better in all terms of quality and service. -They offer no services that are for free. They will try to overcharge you all the time, at checkout they tried to charge us extra drinks we did not order. - Poor quality...
