"Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. "

"Very basic but the pool was really nice!
Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm
My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! "

"Check in 1 am llegue al cuarto el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la conexión para cargar celulares tampoco, llegaron a revisar y que tardarían media hora en arreglarlo, pedí cambio de habitación, no iba a esperar en la madrugada a que hicieran mantenimiento cuando solo ocuparía la habitación por unas horas para dormir, está lejos del aeropuerto con tráfico, para las 10 horas que pase en el hotel mala experiencia. "

"The room was generally clean and spacious. Had hot water and they had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and dental items. The wifi wasnt working at first but they immediately resolved the issue. I was able to work remotely with no problems. Check in was fast and easy as well as the check out process. Staff was friendly and courteous.
The only thing that was a negative for me was the shower heads needed cleaning from the calcium build up.
Otherwise, good overall stay. "
