"I cannot rave about this hotel enough. It is all a bit expensive, but it is absolutely worth every penny. I am very impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, and the food at breakfast and at the restaurant were wonderful!"

"Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived approximately half an hour early and were able to check in straight away as our room was ready. Although the hotel is next to the station it is very quiet - you cannot hear the trains. There is a lovely roof top bar for guest use with excellent views of the city. Would certainly consider staying here again as excellent for onward travel being so close to the station."

"The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."

"OK. Room fine for an unexpected stay. Front desk awkward about accepting cash (?!?!). Unnecessarily baffling elevator system. No late-evening room service."
