"We have stayed here several times while coming to Denver for Stranahan's Cask Thief event. It's a little on the pricy side, but it is very well kept up and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are restaurants and museums very close by and their bar (Fire) has great drinks and a good breakfast in the morning. I'm sure we will stay here for as long as we keep coming to Cask Thief. I recommend it for whatever you are up to in the area."

"Upon entering this hotel, we were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew and cigarettes. After checking in, we went up to our room to find we were not in the correct room. We called down to the front desk and were told that our room had been given away and that was the room that they had for us. At this point, they did not offer to refund us any of the cost for our upgraded room. After arguing back-and-forth, they finally agreed to reduce the rate but did not have our room available as they have...

"Every single staff member I encountered (front desk, cleaning, bartender, coffee shop, etc.) ALL were fantastic, helpful, and kind. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the pool was fun (albeit slightly colder water than I'd prefer, but still great), and the hot tub was perfect. It was all-around a wonderful hotel stay!"

"When you walk into the hotel, it looks like a five star resort. Very bar area, snack section, indoor and out door pool, a nice gym and a game room for all ages. The rooms are nice with a few exceptions. We had two rooms and both rooms came with two queen beds. Everyone in our group stated the same thing, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a chair and table so the others had to sit on their bed. There was a narrow balcony but it didn't have any chairs to enjoy the cool...

"We had an amazing stay at Populus! We booked the Poplar Two Queen corner room, which was spacious and featured massive windows with an incredible view of the tower. Beyond the stunning biophilic design and the cool carbon-positive mission, the dining was a major highlight. The food at Pasque, the lobby restaurant, was absolutely excellent. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We had no hot water for 3 days. The front desk said they were aware of floor 3 having issues and they were working on it. They did not have another room to move us to. Other than cold showers the room was great. Clean. Good location to walk to 16th street or sporting events."
