"The property was like an oasis in Naples. Danelle was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious. The service staff at the bar were pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It is conveniently located near the Archeological Museum and there are a few restaurants located across the street to grab a bite to eat and a drink. We did not stray far from the hotel in the evening because we did not feel safe. "

"Super freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit egal ob es im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück Ich empfehle es sehr gerne vorallem wegen der Tiefgarage wo man sein Auto in Sicherheit hinstellen kann. Die Anbindung zur nächsten Bus Station ist etwas umständlich da gerad Baustelle war aber wir haben’s gefunden und dann mit der Metro weiter nach napoli Centro reingefahren. Ansonsten alles ok "

"O acesso as instalações do hotel inicialmente é estranho, ele funciona numa parte do primeiro e segundo andar de uma mansão secular, não tendo letreiro do hotel. Mas ao acessar seu saguão numa porta após o elevador tudo muda, as instalações sao coloridas e bem cuidadas, o café da manhã é muito bom servido no antigo salão de baile lindíssimo da mansão do príncipe. "The staff here are extremely friendly we don’t speak a lot of Italian but are learning so the staff would speak some Italian to us but would speak English if we didn’t understand, the rooms were quite spacious and had sound proof windows and shutters which blocked out all the light"

"The location is very good. We walked every night to Via Toledo. The place is clean. It is walking distance from Napoli’s Central Station. For me, it is important to have clean sheets/towels/and bathroom and I found all at the premises. Marco was very nice and friendly. The entire team was friendly. "
