"Great room with everything we needed, fantastic staff, lovely continental breakfast. Would happily book here again."

"Apparently a ‘confirmed booking’ here means a six-hour trip just to be told ‘we don’t take one-nighters’—how thoughtful. Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to...

"No nos tocó una habitación con vistas a la playa sino a la avenida principal de La Manga cuyo único inconveniente fue el ruido del tráfico, que desaparecía si cerrabas las ventanas y ponías el aire. Una habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para unos días en la playa. Servicio de limpieza diario, atento y efectivo."

"Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,...

"50 m til stranda, god frokost og bare hyggelig betjening, trang parkeringskjeller, trivelig hotell med sjarm og utsikt rett ut i havet"

"Clean tidy well laid out room, the staff were all extremely helpful, the lady behind the bar in the evenings was very helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment with an ocean view. The view is absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay, we would happily return."

"4 x large supermarkets with 10mins walk Beach 10 mins walk Numerous restaurants in less than 10 mins"

"Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature."

"Room is spacious with a balcony-good cabinets-shower needs a door water coming out-man in charge is ok but only cleaned once in 2 weeks-restaurant is good -overall this could be a very good pension but the noise is terrible from young families and couples-it is good that there is a lift and location is close to major shopping centre"

"La limpieza no era buena. Suciedad en nevera, baño, etc. Pero situación y acceso muy buenos. Cartagena una gran ciudad, con mucha historia que ver y conocer."
