"The location is excellent, situated right above Stradun and near restaurants, activities, and a city wall entrance. The apartment itself is cozy and intimate with authentic details like wooden shutters, and the air conditioning works very well. The top floor provides a magical view of the Dubrovnik rooftops. Please note that there are narrow stairs leading to the apartment, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with mobility issues."

"At first we were greeted well on the reception by the employee named Barbara. She welcomed us and gave instructions along with mentioning that breakfast was included. I was a bit surprised because I didn’t remember that from booking. I asked to confirm and she did confirmed it to me and my husband. However, at check out she changed us and said that the breakfast wasn’t included. Both of us were shocked and disappointed, especially when she said that she never mentioned breakfast was included....

"Great location above the nice restaurant strip on the quayside … carefully restored and updated historic building , great shower , bed & linen … kitchenette … great AA , and very quiet ( internal room) ticks all the boxed . Kindly allowed early check-in , si i had a great experience . The transfer to the airport wss timely & efficient … and door to door ( only permit holderd can access the quayside road ) 10/10 👏👏👏"

"Parking in Dubrovnik is a major issue. Although we had ability to park on-site, other guests had to be so tight in proximity that we were blocked in until owner could get another guest to move for us the next morning. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. A bit strange arrangement for shower, that did not allow curtain to close off part of cabinet area behind it. Water heater empties fast, so be prepared to be quick! Owner very positive and helpful, offering to drive us where we needed...

"This was a great property to stay at! Eddie was so helpful and showed us all of the good restaurants and spots to go to. He even let us keep our bags at the property until check in so we didn’t have to carry them around. The property is in a great location being a few minute walk to the Old Town and also the beach. The sea view room was beautiful with a view right out on the Adriatic. Overall great place to stay!"
