"Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was all very friendly and helpful during our stay. You must stay here for your next snow trip at Mt Hotham! Totally worth it and if you do secure a spot, you could save yourself from buying a car pass at Mt Hotham as they do free shuttle buses to the mountain, only 20 mins away! Thank you Club Wyndham, we will definitely see you again :) "

"Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "The condition of this property was so bad that it didn't even meet the base line for paid accommodation. The couch was broken and unusable. There was mould around the windows and they haven't been cleaned in years. The toilet was filthy. The kitchenet did not even have a power point to run the useless hotplate that was provided. The fridge was broken, The mattress have loose springs..and on it goes. This place was so bad that I'm going to lodge a chargeback on my credit card as the facility did...
