"The young receptionist/bar person (I didn’t get her name but she is slim with dark hair and a tattoo on her upper body) was extremely accommodating and so helpful. I had a lot of work to do in my room but needed to have a meal. I asked if I could eat my meal in my room, so ordered it and began to wait. Swan nesting nearby was an added attraction. An improvement could be made to the continental breakfast, not up to Premier Inn standards"

"La distancia desde el aeropuerto al hotel super bien, es bastante cerca. Ningúno habla español, mi reserva estaba echa hacia más de 1 mes, no estaba allí, me dieron una habitación que estaba la cama sin hacer, las toallas por el suelo, osea estaba sucia literal. Luego me dieron una que estaba bien. Sinceramente no me gustó nada del hotel. Salvaría la atención del respecioniata que aunque no nos pudimos entender muy bien, fue muy amable e intento solucionar el problema. "

"Amazing property, in a building erected in 15th century. Excellent position , just minutes from the Essex Univ. and also from downtown...., but the problem is at night, drunken people shouting and making a lot of noise inside and outside of the hotel. Of 3 nights there, 2 of them where impossible to sleep the whole night. Pity, because the hotel and the staff its amazing. "

"The propert was lovely, our room was modern and up to date. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and clean! The bathroom was so lovely and clean. I loved that you didnt have to go through the pub to get to the rooms although there was a walkway into the pub at the bottom of the steps if you wished too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "
