"The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. "

"The Good: very nice owners/reception/housekeeper. Good wifi. Quiet despite being right by US 97 (although you do hear the trucks and sometimes feel the vibration). Very clean. Reasonable price. Perfect location (away from the busy downtown yet so easy to get to everywhere). The Bad: poor insulation (the heater has to come on frequently), gaps both above and below the blackout curtain (so the room is not truly dark even with all lights off). "Front desk host was pleasant. Room was pretty good. I thinks some newer beds might be in order. Our room had a separate bed for the 2nd party. Heater was excellent Shower was good and coffee as it should be."

"The place looked like an older motel along Route 66 as an example. Right along a major route so, noisy from traffic passing by. Quite a distance from downtown Klamath Falls. The room was average, nothing special but, bed was comfortable, the black out curtains off track. Be sure to bring clothes pen to lock them shut."
