The staff was phenomenal. They were hands down the best experience I've had with hotel staff. Unfortunately I am horrible at remembering names but the staff member that lead the aquatic aerobic class was great on 8/23/2026. Also the waiter and sommelier at Picaso Restaurant made our night. It was our anniversary and it made our night special. I highly recommend this resort.

The property looks nice, but the pool was dirty and I had to constantly has the crew to clean up the area in the water. My room didn’t have a room number, which looked really bad and there was no way to really identify our room. The food could be better at the buffet. The excursion we purchased was a total waste of 220.00, we got the false advertisement. The glow in the dark water in the lagoon, it didn’t glow. The crew for the excursion ran out of rum punch on the trip down.

Was my worst vacation ever . Traveled with my daughter and grandson and the TV wasn't working for 4 days and the AC for 2 days- got the run around while my daughter had to push me in a wheelchair - so much to say just my worst vacation
